Moulds growth and contaminated green coffee beans, produced mycotoxins as secondary metabolites such as Ochratoxin A. Ochratoxin A have been reported carcinogen in human health. The aim of this research was determined the occurrence of Ochratoxin A in green coffee beans using C18 SPE cartridges as alternative clean-up method.
