Abstract

The purpose of this research is the first to describe turnover intention, job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment in the CV. Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment Malang. The second is to know the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover. The third determines the stronger influence between the variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover. This research was conducted on the employee of CV. Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment Malang. The study sample consisted of thirty -three employees. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the job satisfaction of employees in the category was not satisfied. Employee organizational commitment in the included inadequate category. While employee turnover intention is included in the high category. Variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously affect employee turnover intention. Satisfaction variables have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment variables have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment variables have a stronger influence on employee turnover intention than job satisfaction, therefore the company must be able to increase employee organizational commitment.
