Abstract
With this new edition of Property Law and Practice (formerly Conveyancing in Practice) the author continues his aim to produce a manual for the LPC Property Law and Practice core subject which is clear and up-to-date and which concentrates on the areas of work that students would do as they enter practice. \n \nAs with previous editions, the author has fully revised and updated the text and appendices to include recent changes in practice, such as Home Information Packs and the Solicitor's Code of Conduct 2007. \n \nProperty Law and Practice provides a clear and detailed explanation of the law and practice of conveyancing and also includes: full consideration of Professional Conduct points; two case studies; and extensive appendices containing conveyancing forms and documents.
