Abstract

The development objectives of Health Professionals Education and Training for Health System Reforms Project for Vietnam are to improve the quality of health professionals' education, strengthen management competencies in the health sector, and improve the competencies of primary health care teams at the grass-roots level. This restructuring requires changes in the Result framework.
