Abstract

Once you have linked innovation to your organization's specific business strategy and the intended value-targets, you need to educate employees at all levels on how the organization can generate growth and profit through innovation. By creating transparency, all employees will have a better idea of how to generate ideas that can be successfully ventured. Chapter 6 covers how the Six-Component framework is used for building momentum and initiating change to help you accelerate your innovation journey and “lift-off.” It includes developing a powerful innovation story, evoking change leadership and support, how to find prospective innovation talent, designing a communication strategy, and how to build awareness through training programs.
