Abstract
Cardiovascular endurance is regarded as the most important component of the health and fitness. Muscular endurance is essential for success in day today activity and athletic workouts. The purpose of the study is to analyze the endurance level of University Athletes during before and after their University training camp to improve identify the performance level. Twenty Athletes were randomly selected on the basis of representation of All India Inter University tournament from 19 years to 21 years of age. There is a significant difference bon cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance among the Athletes. The obtained t value of Cardio Vascular Endurance 2.31 was greater than the required t value of 1.79. The obtained t value of Muscular Endurance 2.07 was greater than the required t value of 1.79. The vascular endurance and muscular endurance play a vital role to improve the performance of the University Athletes
