Abstract

In today’s competitiveenviroment, organisations must demonstrate continous improvement in order tosurvive with success. The overall objective for all of the organizations is toprovide profit and efficiency. Each organization concerns its individual system. This systemactivities, harmonizing with each other and the process ofeffectively identifying constraints for the continuity of the system and thesections should be avoided. In that point, we meet with an identificationexplain the status which is called “Theory of Constraints”. The theory is usedin many areas such as manufacturing and service sectors. Regarding this study, approach for theory of constraints was examined and the literature was createdby benefitting from general literature, applications in general terms, theprocess steps are mentioned, principles and methodology. The aim of this studyis to show the applicability of the Theory of Constraints approach to eachorganization (if required need manufacturing services) and learning about the applicationof the methodology is to promote our country.
