Falling between the Cracks: Statelessness, Nationality and Migration

This article looks into the phenomenon of statelessness as it affects nationality and migration, especially among migrant women. It argues the existence of a thick (rather than a tenuous) nexus between statelessness and migration, which also means the vulnerability of women to statelessness and the vulnerabilities of women who are stateless.
