In this article M. Heidegger`s will be explained in terms of ontology, that is beyond such a concept of philological or textual hermeneutics. Heidegger is defined his as ontological, that is not such since F. Scheleiermacher and W. Dilthey was developed. For this purpose this paper will be explained Heidegger/s in concept of hermeneutics of facticity. That is an interpretation for the character of being of Dasein. Heidegger performs this tasks in the name of existentiale. After that he considers present, that the horizon of time for the character of Dasein, and the path to the language of Being. In conclusion this paper explains hermeneutical clues on the basis of the ontological Interpretation, that opens the path of late Heidegger`s thought to relative the Seinsgeschick. This path of thought is developed a philosophy of overcoming to the modern metaphysics in the contemporary philosophy. At this point Heidegger`s philosophy has a present significance. Thus his is eventually a metaphysical thought process, therefore his philosophy leads postmetaphysical thought. This paper explains such path of philosophical thought through the hermeneutics.
