Abstract
The paper discusses various aspects of unfair competition in the field of intellectual activity results. Authors analyzed and classified the main types of unfair competition and proposed models for the formal analysis of the situation of spreading of false information about the objects of intellectual property and unfair competition as a result of violations of the rights of intellectual property.
