The Role of Public-Private Partnership in the Development of the Russian Financial SystemThe article is devoted to the development of theoretical ideas about the structure of the financial system of the state.The purpose of the article is to clarify the role and place of the entities of a mixed public-private type in the financial system.The article shows that a significant group of economic entities does not fit into the established structure of the financial system.The author suggests allocating the field of hybrid (mixed) finances in the structure of the financial system.Some of these entities are companies that implement investment projects in the framework of agreements on public-private partnership (PPP).These organizations in their activities have to follow the principles of financial management of both public and private sectors.The article details and particularizes the specifics of financing of such enterprises.In the future, the author plans to enhance the theoretical and methodological studies of hybrid (mixed) financial management.
