Clinical case of asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism

Abstract

In this clinical observation the case of asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism has been demonstrated in a man aged 42 years. The results of laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods of this disease are presented. The rare localization of the adenoma of the left upper parathyroid gland, namely intrathyroid location, is described.
