Abstract
Constitutions and Charters of the suBjeCts of the russian federation in modern realitiesConstitutions and charters of the subjects of the Russian Federation are considered as integral structural and functional elements of its legal system.Gaps and collisions of these documents are identified.It is noted that the current condition of the Russian state requires constant clarification of legal norms and, accordingly, amending the constitution and charters of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
