Abstract
In order to obtain more demand response resources to take part in the scheduling of public grid, load aggregator can be used to explore demand response ability. In this paper, household appliances in smart community are divided into 4 types according to the consumption characteristics of appliances. And then, a dispatching model of load aggregator is formulated to finish the reduction amount of energy demand which is planned by dispatching center of public grid. Simulation result shows that load aggregator can reasonably control users' appliances and peak to average ratio (PAR) of public grid can be also reduced.
