THE PECULIARITIES OF THE INFLUENCE OF INVESTMENT POLICY ON REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

This article deals with the peculiarities of influence of investment policy on the development of the region. Theoretical foundations of regional investment policy with the definition of its basic components and characteristics were researched. It is determined that the planning and realization of regional innovative investment projects and programmes are possible only in specific regions and under the appropriate conditions. The author proposed impact of investment policies on regional development to assess the aspect of the implementation of the respective strategic priorities.
