Abstract

Section 1 of Chapter 14 discusses exercise technique considerations, factors that influence the mechanical demands of resistance training exercises and inter- and intra-set rest intervals. Section 2 then provides examples on how to plan and implement modifications to improve exercise performance, discusses cueing and feedback for athletes and provides practical examples of how to incorporate partial range of motion exercises into resistance training programs.
