Abstract
This paper discusses the problem of low frequency measurements of loudspeakers. This can be achieved by performing outdoor measurements (in open-air), by using a near-field technique or by using a large anechoic acoustic chamber. The frequency characteristics of an exemplary loudspeaker are obtained and compared using these three methods. This article also describes anechoic acoustic chamber built in the Science and Technology Park of the University of Zielona Gora.
