Abstract
A finite-difference lattice Boltzmann method for incompressible flow was applied to the laminar and turbulent Poiseuille flows numerically. For the turbulence model, the Smagorinsky model was adopted. Lattice refinement was successfully introduced in the vicinity of walls.
