Abstract
The presence of a systematic error in determining the occupied bandwidth is established. A procedure for correcting obtained estimate using the statistics of systematic error values is proposed. It is demonstrated that the proposed procedure makes it possible to reduce up to three times root-mean-square error of measuring occupied bandwidth.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
