Turkic idea of tatar intelligentsia in the formation of muslim states at the beginning of the 20th century

This article discusses the Tatar intelligentsia supporting the idea of creating a whole Muslim state, for example, the Tatar intelligentsia said: «We are not against the unity of the Turks, the unification of Muslims, but we support them to enter with their strong culture, strong national heritage and traditions”, supported the Tatar and Bashkir leaders. The Muslims have studied the programs that need to be merged, the creation of the “Muslim Committee” and the “Local People Committee”. Many Tatar intellectuals, who propagandized the idea of Turkicism and set up a single Muslim state, determined that they would serve in various fields after the establishment of the Soviet government.
