Abstract

The Fiscal Year 1990 "Information Summaries" presents selected data on the distribution and use of various Formula and Discretionary program funds. These programs discussed are the principal source of Federal financial aid to urban and non-urban areas for mass transportation. The data is compiled from the capital, operating and planning assistance grants awarded in Fiscal Year 1990 to transit authorities, states, metropolitan planning agencies and other units of local governments. This data is represented in the various tables and figures which are identified in the table of contents.
