Abstract
A new approach to uncertainty evaluation in scattering parameters measurements which is based on the well-established method of ripple and a subsequent uncertainty propagation through calibration algorithms is proposed. The procedure gives a practical alternative to guarantee traceability to Type-N and 3.5 mm connectors in OSM, SOLT and SOLR calibrations. Its implementation is described and tested.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
