Based on the two-parameter Weibull distribution expressions, the expressions of the primary functions of the two-parameter Weibull distribution limited on the left are derived as well as the expressions of its parameters and characteristics point evaluation. Validity and application of derived expressions were verified by a computer on the sets of pseudorandom numbers directly generated as numbers following the two-parameter Weibull distribution limited on the left with the parameters: l - limit parameter b - scale parameter and c - shape parameter, or as numbers following the two-parameter Weibull distribution with the parameters b and c chosen so that their value is greater or equal to the limit parameter l. The sample size of n and the parameters l, b and c had accepted and unchanged values in both cases of pseudorandom numbers generation. This computer checking was repeated for several times and the obtained results were satisfactory.
