Abstract
In this paper, we consider the large time behaviour of a rotating disk-beam system with thermoelastic damping. Assume that the angular velocity of disk is nonuniform and the beam is with localized thermoelastic damping. Under torque feedback control, we obtain the exponential stability of the disk-beam system, provided that the absolute value of angular velocity is small enough, no matter how small the part with thermoelastic damping is.
