Abstract

A general survey on the solubility of inorganic salts in organic solvents is given and the solubility of transition metals salts in oxygenated solvents is emphasized. The features of uranyl and thorium nitrates purification, of the U-Th and Zr-Hf separations and of U recovery from leach liquors, by solvent extraction, are reported. (auth)
