Abstract
Coaxial laser cladding has been widely used to 3D component direct manufacturing and repairing expensive parts. A new far distance coaxial laser cladding system has been developed. It consists of a double hopper powder feeder, a four pass divided powder device, compact coaxial nozzle and controlled temperature CCD camera. Its main technical parameters are as follows: delivering powder mass rate Mp=1—80g/min, delivering powder distance 20m, temperature measuring regions: 700°C - 1500°C.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
