Abstract

Since studies have shown that there is an impact of growth on the environment, there is increasing pressure on industry to integrate green management. And as supply chain management is a major player in many organizations, more and more companies are looking for a strategy that has adopted environmental practices. In this study we will examine how a company can develop a green supply chain, from green procurement, green manufacturing, to green distribution and reverse logistics. Proposing the guidelines and key factors to succeed with an audit grid. For this audit conducted in three Moroccan companies in three different categories and sectors, the results are presented to compare it and analyze it to have the opportunities and limits of application of green practices.
