Abstract

This article focuses on the interdisciplinary analysis of the peace process between the Colombian government headed by President Juan Manuel Santos and the FARC, materialized in the peace agreement that establishes a pattern in the armed conflict between these two actors. Necessary process before the lived armed conflict; which caused the violation of the human rights of individuals and their families as a victim of violence. It is foreseen that these agreements request a true integral reparation where its taken into account the barbarities suck were the object the individuals and the victim families of the armed conflict.
