This paper presents pension system in the Czech Republic, analysis public income, and expenditure connected with pension system and existing supplementary pension funds.It shows the return of pension funds and profi t of pension companies and new rules connected with activities and profi t of pension companies.The main goal of this paper is to know if public expenditure spent on pension insurance in pension funds of pension companies are optimally expended.Description, analysis, and synthesis are the scientifi c methods used for processing the paper.
