Abstract
In order to study the hydraulic system of excavator compound bucket based on TRIZ theory, this paper designs the compound bucket hydraulic system of excavator and simulates the hydraulic cylinder work. Through the analysis of the two cylinders inside and outside the compound bucket, the design of the inner bucket hydraulic cylinder length and the piston stroke is 1/2 of the external bucket hydraulic cylinder. On this basis, the simulation of the hydraulic cylinder work is carried out to verify the feasibility of the design of the hydraulic system.
