Research on Training Mode of Compound Innovative Talents in Civil Engineering Specialty Based on Social Needs

With the rapid development of China's higher education and social economy, the community's demand for civil engineering talents has been continuously improved.The competition for talents has changed from quantitative to qualitative.It is imperative to build a new knowledge structure for civil engineering talents.In addition to the employment pressure brought about by the continuous expansion of enrollment, the civil engineering major focuses on the theory and but not on practice.It is difficult for the cultivated students to adapt to the actual needs of society and to keep up with the development speed of modern civil engineering.The reason for this is that it is very important that the talent training in universities is out of line with actual needs.Therefore, with the changes in the requirements of the civil engineering talents in the market, it is extremely urgent for civil engineering majors in contemporary colleges and universities to further develop the training model of composite talents for civil engineering based on their social needs, the development and trends of civil engineering, and their actual conditions.This article analyzes the current status and problems of civil engineering talents training in China's colleges and universities, and explores the training model for composite innovative talents in civil engineering.
