Abstract

The development objectives of the Environmental Pollution Abatement Project for Lebanon are to assist the Borrower in: (a) reducing industrial pollution in targeted industrial enterprises; and (b) strengthening the monitoring and enforcement capabilities of the ministry of environment (MOE). This level two restructuring will involve changes to the indicators in the results framework (RF).
