CONTEMPORARY CONSTRUCTIONIST METHODOLOGY IN THE RESEARCH OF MORAL DISCOURSE

Abstract

This paper deals with the constructionism in conpemporary sociology (J.Kitsuse, M.Spector, P.Ibarra, S.Hilgartner, C.L.Bosk) and demonstrates that it could be used as one of the approaches in the discourse analysis of morality. The role of morality in the construction of «social problems» is also investigated and the possibility to use the methodology of sociological constructionism in applied ethics is pointed out.
