ICT sustav za udaljenu stručnu dijagnostiku korisnika potpomognute komunikacije

WebRTC is technology that provides voice, video calls and data exchange services in real time, without need for previous installation of additional plugins or programs. This work analyzes WebRTC, the way WebRTC communication is carried out and JavaScript API that enables web developers to implement real time communication features into web applications. Practical part of this thesis implements communication system for remote expert assessment of children capabilities. The goal of this system is to provide the expert with solution that will enable children diagnosis using web browser, but with the same experience as diagnosis was made in official workspace. During the implementation process, WebRTC capabilities and limitations for various functionalities were analyzed.
