Abstract

The used method in this research is purposive sampling method in which determining the sample with particular criterias. As result, this research obtained 19 banking as samples. Furthermore, panel data regression analysis is used to find out the influence of independent variabls to dependent variable simultaneously and partially. Besides, the chosen model of panel data regression anyalis is random effect model. Thus, the result of this research showed that Loan To Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Net Performing Laon have influenced the Return On Asset simultaneously. Loan To Deposit Ratio dan Net Performing Laon have negative influence to Return On Asset, while Net Interest Margin has positive impact in the 5% level of significance. In contrast, Capital Adequacy Ratio has no impact to Return On Asset. And, the amount of Adjusted R Squared is about 0.449601. It means 44,9% dependent variable can be explained with independent variable, meanwhile 55,1% explained by others factors.
