ON THE PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF FURTHER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EU-UKRAINE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT IN THE FIELD OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC REGULATION

The present article deals with separate problems of modernization of foreign economic legislation in accordance with the requirements of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. It is proposed the introduction of effective technical regulation measures that do not harm the Ukrainian economy, to accelerate the adoption of customs regulations, to simplify the registration of branches of European business entities in Ukraine, as well as to develop the interpretative principles for the application of WTO rules in the EU-Ukraine relations are presented.
