Abstract
Adenosine and cordycepin levels in twelve Cordyceps products were successfully determined by Ultrahigh-Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) using an ACQUITY C18 column, with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase.Separation of the two components was achieved within four minutes, and the concentrations of each component showed a linear relationship with the peak area in the range 2~20 μg/mL.Detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.10 μg/mL and 0.12 μg/mL for adenosine and cordycepin, respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
