Abstract
With the continuous development of the economy, the scale of city is expanding and the population is growing rapidly. As an effective measure to solve the traffic problems in large cities, rail transit has been planned and constructed in many major cities in China. In light of the limited resources of urban space and the huge demand for subway construction funds, the comprehensive development of land along urban rail transit can effectively promote its sustainable development. The necessity of comprehensive land development along the urban rail transit is explained in this paper, and then the problems in the comprehensive land development along the urban rail transit are analyzed. The prominent case of the development model of Beijing New Everbrite is selected to for analysis. Finally, the development strategy of the land along the urban rail transit is proposed.
