Review of traffic safety management on toll road

There has not been many discussion on Traffic Safety Management (TSM) on Toll Road. This article is an initial step to explain the importance of this management that is classified into preliminary, during and post construction of toll road. Therefore, further research on the subject of multi disciplines is needed to be conducted comprehensively and systematically. Traffic Safety Management on Toll Road should not be conducted after recurrent accidents but should start from the preliminary construction stage. Developing road safety policies may not be the work of one organizational unit, among potentially many different sectors, as it will also need participation from various stakeholders.
