Open full text 1 citations

Abstract

Theoretical bases of electromigration, electrophoretic mobility, and electroosmotic flow are presented, as well as mathematical modelling and computer simulation of electromigration methods. The principles of capillary-electromigration separation techniques, zone electrophoresis, isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, electrophoresis in sieving media, bioaffinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography, and electrochromatography are described.
