我院于2008年9月组建了涉外病房,针对护理对象的不同,科室把满足外籍患者的需求作为涉外护理的工作宗旨.我们在外籍患者入院前认真研究他们的病历资料,学习各国的风俗、地域文化.入院后与患者面对面的详细交谈,收集相关资料,深入了解患者的不同需求后,根据马斯洛需要层次论对患者分阶段、分层次地提供护理服务,取得满意效果,现报道如下.
