Abstract
Organizational structure provides guidance and clarity on specific human resources issues. Organizational structure is a system used to define a hierarchy of the organization. It identifies and directs each job and its function. Organizational structure designed the outline that how various work roles and responsibilities are delegated, coordinated and controlled but the same time employee's satisfaction also very much important to achieve organizational maximum and competite the competitors. But managing these two in simultaneously is very rare. This research is concerned with the paper industry functioning at Tamilnadu. The main objective of the study was to identify and measure the influence of organizational structure on employee's satisfaction. For this research the researcher collected data from 500 employees by using simple random sampling techniques. In this research researcher found that organizational structure is highly influencing factor on employees Satisfaction.
