Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand how ballet experience in changes unmarried women''s daily life in the aspects of motivation, continuous participation, physical and mental status. For this purpose, the author observed and interviewed five women in D metropolitan city adult ballet classes. For the result, the first experience was psychological separation from stress. The second change was related to the body shape. This change caused an effort to maintain this positive status of the body. Last but not least, participants had positive ways of thinking to accommodate ballet as a ballet itself, not just exercise.
