2316 Pemetrexed is promising argent for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) chemotherapy; however, the biomarkers for predicting sensitivity to this argent have not been fully examined. In the present study we measured the expression level of thymidylate synthase (TS), a major target of pemetrexed, reduced folate carrier (RFC) and folylpolyglutamate synthase (FPGS) in lung cancer cell lines and the sensitivity to pemetrexed.
