Abstract

I thank Dr. Miller for the interest in our article,1 and for raising an issue on the title. I agree that the title may provide a misconception that the facial nerve fibers are located within the abducens nucleus. Thus, the title may be better stated as “Palsy of conjugate horizontal gaze and face due to a restricted infarction involving the abducens nucleus.”
