Abstract
Based on the original perspective of bank regulation capital constraint and economic capital constraint, the essay studies the effect of capital allocation of commercial banks on risk management. Taking China Construction Bank as an example, It collected the date of time series from 2006 to 2015. Under the supervision of capital ratio, and it carried out empirical research on the risk-taking behavior of commercial banks. According to the conclusion, the essay puts forward relevant policies for commercial banks and supervisory authorities in China.
