Abstract

The slides were presented at a Nanopore workshop at the University of Technology of Sydney (UTS) in March 2018. It contains some case studies of DNA quality control and the impact of DNA quality on sequencing throughput. There are also several links to resources and trips and tips at the end of the presentation.
