Abstract
In this paper, the location error of sound location of three-dimensional sound intensity measurement method was researched. Four microphones are used on the intensity probe to measure the sound intensity in three dimensional, and to locate the sound source. The error of sound source localization with three-dimensional sound intensity was due to the finite difference error and the phase mismatch of microphones. The impact of the two factors on the precision of the localization were analyzed and verified by simulation. The localization experiments in the Semi-anechoic chamber showed the results were acceptable.
