The behavior of the variables: strategic management and technological innovation in companies producing oil palm in Colombia is analyzed.The methodology is framed under the positivist or quantitative paradigm, with a qualitative approach and with an applied and descriptive level.The sample was formed by eight companies, with two types of population: 90 administrative and 31 managers.The results indicated that the study variables are present in the manager-labor relations of the company.Keyword -Entrepreneurship,
