Abstract

Health reform in Minnesota expanded coverage, but MNsure's IT system and financing have continued to falter. The Governor appointed a task force to recommend improvements of MNsure and other public programs. What reforms should be made and will the Legislature and Governor approve them? A panel of national and state experts discuss Minnesota's options.
